Panel Discussion On Navigating The U.S. Media, Oct. 4. Hosted By GW’s Institute For Public Diplomacy And Global Communication & CSIS Transatlantic Media Network. Some sites have more than 10,000 members worldwide and are used for everything from discussing extreme beliefs to sharing militant tactics.
