Think tanks can dare to be bold - Economic Times: "Think tanks in India are a relatively new phenomenon, dating back to about 30 years when bodies like the Centre for Policy Research were established. They have proliferated since, largely with foreign funding but have increasingly found more Indian programme funding and, gradually, some core funding as well. ...
