Development Manager:
Responsibilities:
- Experience in working with the business to understand the requirements of the applications and impact that upon the day to day tasks of the .NET function
- Client interaction, business analysis, requirement gathering, requirement design.
- Managing the development process and delivery of software applications
- Working with Management to create/review proposals, project plans, goals, time frames, risks and staffing requirements for new software projects
- Coordinating with project team and software developers to make sure project development is on schedule and on budget.
- Commercial Web product development experience in particular with large volume of data and content.
- Deep understanding of the .NET Framework and C# language
- Solid OO design skills.
- Solid experience with CSS, HTML, AJAX, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Agile development processes and practices
- Define, design, and implement, multi-tier object-oriented distributed software applications.
- Analyze and suggest improvements in the overall development process.
- Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills, negotiation and problem solving skills
- A passion for high quality results.

Experience: 6+ Years of managing Application Design & Development.
Senior SQA Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Defines, develops and implements quality assurance practices and procedures, test plans and other QA assessments.
- Establishes standards and best practices for QA Process.
- Develops automated/manual testing systems using commercial tools, scripts and data set.
- Ensures that all items follow the change management process and are entered and tracked through the change management software.
- Works directly with BA personnel to understand project concept, objectives and approach of software development projects.
- Act as a consultant on quality methods, processes, and tools.
- Able to work independently.
- Manages assigned projects from IT Quality Testing through final User Acceptance Testing.
- Track and report defects using appropriate tools.
Qualification: BSE/BCS/BE/BS-MCS/MS
Experience: 4+ Years of Desktop/ Web-based Application Design & Development.
SQA Engineer:
Responsibilities:
- Develops automated/manual testing systems using commercial tools, scripts and data set.
- Thorough understanding and hands-on experience in QA and Software Testing processes
- Track and report defects using appropriate tools.
- Ability to write test cases, bug reports, as well as create test procedures.
- Performing automated Performance/Stability testing and collecting the benchmarking metrics
- Ability to work and function in a fast paced environment
- Be able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
- Able to work independently.
- Knowledge of CMMI
Qualification: BSE/BCS/BE/BS-MCS/MS
Experience: 0-2 Years of Desktop & Web-based Application.
E commerce/Online Bidding Expert
Responsibilities:
- Must have highly fluent spoken and written English .This is mandatory.
- Must have Good Personality and Communication Skills.
- Knowledge of website sales and prior experience in IT will be preferred.
- Target oriented and self-driven.
- Possess good understanding of sale process and selling tactics.
- Should possess good understanding in bidding process
- Must be able to make proposals and replies for each lead.
- Passion for E-commerce
- Web savvy individual with in-depth knowledge of the Internet, search engines, and e-commerce site functionality
- Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic business environment
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented

Qualification: Graduate, preferably with exposure to quantitative and business related coursework
Experience: 2-4 years experience in e-commerce / Internet marketing. Online Web store experience preferred with exposure to online store tools such as Ebay, Amazon, etc. Prefer knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or any graphic tool.
