- Planning for brand development and promotion strategies.
- Monitoring and Analysis of Sales, market and future trends.
- Keeping strong liaison with i.e (designers, merchandisers, production, stores, sales staff, outdoor agencies and vendors.
- Product development and execution of nationwide promotional activities
- Keeping close eye on competitor’s activities and evolve brand strategy and formulate course of action to counter competitive moves by using variety of tools.
- Expansion of brand & product portfolio.
- Planning and monitoring of shops interior.
- Training of retail staff on all branding activities and promotions
